The Systems Alliance Marine Corps Force Command (SYSALLMARFOCOM and MARFOCOM) was an operational subcommand of the Systems Alliance Armed Forces under the Systems Alliance Central Command that was in direct command of all elements, personnel, resources, installations and equipment of the Systems Alliance Marine Corps with the exception of marine special forces, who operated under the separate Systems Alliance Special Operations Command. The MARFOCOM also aided Marine Corps-Navy integration of operational initiatives and activities due to the interoperability of the two branches, who depended on each other for either of their specific roles. The senior commanding officer of the MARFOCOM by 2186 CE was Lieutenant General Fujikawa Toki, and she was subsequently the second and last to hold this position.

When the Systems Alliance was dissolved, it was reorganized into the Systems Coalition Marine Corps Forces Command.
