The Systems Alliance Special Operations Command (SYSALLSOCOM and SOCOM) was an operational subcommand of the Systems Alliance Armed Forces under the Systems Alliance Central Command that provided direct oversight of all special operations component commands of the Army, Marine Corps and Navy. SOCOM was in direct command of all personnel, resources and equipment utilized by the different special operations organizations under its chain of command, which included the Black Jackals, Blue Falcons, N-X program, Crimson Vampires, Intelligence Support Group and the Dead Men Brigade: all of these organizations answered and served under the umbrella of SOCOM, despite being part of the other respective branches of the Armed Forces. The senior commanding officer of the SOCOM by 2186 CE was General Mudrik el-Iman, and he was subsequently the second and last to hold this position.

When the Systems Alliance was dissolved, it was reorganized into the Systems Coalition Special Operations Command.
