The Systems Alliance Central Command (SYSALLCENTCOM and CENTCOM) was the highest operational command of the Systems Alliance Armed Forces under the Systems Alliance Department of Defense. Central Command was in charge of all subcommands of the Alliance military, and in direct command of all the branches of the Alliance Armed Forces, which included all installations, personnel, resources and equipment fielded and owned by the Alliance military being subordinate to Central Command. Subcommands of the Systems Alliance Central Command included ARMCOM, MARFOCOM, NAVCOM, SOCOM and JCOLCOM. The Systems Alliance Central Command consisted of senior members of the Alliance military in command of their specific branches, such as Joseph H. Garrong of the Navy, General Gerhard Krampitz of the Army, General Mudrik el-Iman of the Special Operations Command, Lieutenant General Fujikawa Toki of the Marine Corps and General Autumn Santana of the Colonial Army.

When the Systems Alliance was dissolved, it was reorganized into the Systems Coalition Central Command.
