The Stiletto pistol was a single-shot heat sink-based block-fed light pistol manufactured by Haliat Armory. Manufactured and entering service in 2140 CE, the Stiletto pistol was designed with high quality materials to be available at affordable prices, intended for use in home defense, civilian use and for security and mercenary contractors. The Stiletto had a consistent rate of fire with negligible bullet spread, but suffered at longer ranges, largely intended for close quarters engagement. The weapon was, in design, succeeded by the M-6 Carnifex following the introduction of thermal clips in 2184 CE, which replaced block-fed weapons across the entire galaxy following the Battle of the Citadel. No direct successor to the Stiletto pistol exists, with Haliat Armory shifting completely to the manufacture of armors and weapon mods.
