"Poised on the Pacific Coast of one of Earth's greatest nations, Vancouver-Seattle is the jewel of the United North American States. A pure example of the unification of nations: the former United States city of Seattle, combined with the former Canadian capital of Vancouver, to create a megacity unlike anything else on Earth. A true sign of progress."
Baria Frontiers advertisement brochure showcasing Vancouver-Seattle, one of its travel destinations.

Vancouver-Seattle, known to Canadians as Vancouver, Americans as Seattle, and technically as the United Great Megalopolis of Vancouver and Seattle, was a joint union of the former Canadian city of Vancouver and American city of Seattle into a megalopolis, making it one of the largest and most wealthiest cities on Earth. Heralded by citizens of the UNAS as its crown jewel, Vancouver-Seattle is known as the defacto capital of the UNAS, and one of its most developed and technologically advanced cities. It is ranked as the 4th most technologically advanced city on Earth on the extranet's Codex, and the 55th most advanced in the galaxy. The 2186 UNAS census places the population of Vancouver-Seattle at around 18,330,218 people, with a small population of non-humans. The megacity was formed shortly after the UNAS Constitution was drafted, combining both cities due to sufficient industrial and financial expansions in both of the population centers.

Vancouver-Seattle was almost completely destroyed during the Reaper War, and the city was eventually split back into its original two cities, Vancouver and Seattle, belonging to the Canadian League and CASS respectively.
