The Titan heavy combat armor was a ceramic-based protective heavy combat armor manufactured by Rosenkov Materials. Manufactured and entering service in 2174 CE, the Titan armor was designed for use by humans, asari and krogan, with the intent of being sold to PMCs, paramilitaries, security organizations, interstellar militaries and law enforcement across a wide range of the Milky Way Galaxy. The Titan armor would end up being used by numerous military organizations looking for armor to outfit to their heavy hitters, with the Titan specifically designed for demolition, assault, and heavy strike options, protecting the wearer from a variety of attacks ranging from projectile-based to biotic and tech attacks, all while limiting injury to the operator. The Titan would also find use among Earth-based militaries, such as the Middle Eastern Confederacy, North African Protectorate and United States of South Africa, and the krogan variant was heavily sought after by the many krogan clans warring with each other on Tuchanka. The Titan armor would be phased out by 2184 CE, entirely replaced by the Stormtrooper armor in use by human and asari mercenaries, the A1S armor and Rage-class heavy battle armor among krogan mercs and a wide array of other armors among Earth-based nations.
