Sniper-class combat platform
From FABT
- "I've seen salarian snipers hit a target from two kilometers away. Geth snipers can hit a target from four, with headshots. Their rifles don't leave a trace, making it hard to trace to the source. Their optics allow for auto-targetting and they can make precision shots from incredible distances. Finding them during a battle is an achievement in itself; killing it is the next step. If snipers are present, bomb the fuck out of the local area. Don't leave a single stone unturned."

The Sniper-class combat platform, known as the Geth Sniper colloquially, is a subclass of the geth consensus. Similar in design to the geth trooper, but with bronze armor and largely acting apart from its cohorts, the Sniper was first observed one hundred and eighty years after the First Morning War by the Migrant Fleet Marines. Their deployment was in answer to the shortcomings of standard geth troopers in sharpshooting roles, the result being a crackshot geth sniping unit. Largely operating alone or in pairs, snipers typically infiltrate behind enemy lines to pick them off at a distance, or provide fire support for geth squads.
