The Sirta Foundation Naval Medical Center (SFNMC), formerly known as the Mars Naval Medical Center, and alternatively known as Lowell City Naval Hospital and Mars Naval, was a Systems Alliance, and currently is a Systems Coalition, naval military medical center located in Lowell City within the Eos Chasma on Mars and currently owned by Sirta Foundation. Built in 2155 CE with funding from the Sirta Foundation, the Mars Naval Medical Center was intended to provide Level II trauma care to over 200 patients at peak capacity, including facilities for teaching new med students, both in the military and civilian sectors of medicine. Following the First Contact War, Mars Naval was combined with Lowell City Medical Academy and its facilities were further expanded to accommodate 700 out-patients and 400 in-patients, making it one of the largest medical centers in the Milky Way Galaxy by 2170 CE. In late 2185 CE, a deal was sealed with the Sirta Foundation to change the name to "Sirta Foundation Naval Medical Center" to thank them for their efforts in funding the medical center, and a month before the Reaper War, the center was officially privatized, with Sirta assuming ownership of the center. As Sirta was finalizing a deal to once again separate the center from the Lowell City Medical Academy, with plans to further expand the center and transform it into a tri-service medical center, including concepts for a multi-species facility to accommodate non-humans, the Reapers began their invasion: as Earth was falling, a smaller Reaper force arrived over Mars and began their assault, and during the attack on Lowell City, the medical center suffered extensive damage and had to be evacuated.

After the Reaper War, Sirta Foundation returned and rebuilt much of the center, although it took months before it was fully operational again. Following the Alliance's transition into the Systems Coalition, Sirta feared they would attempt to nationalize the center again, but instead the Coalition allowed it to remain privately-owned. Sirta abandoned their plans for a multi-species in-patient care facility, but did further expand the center itself, allowing it to accommodate 1,200 out-patients and 700 in-patients. The center would remain in operation throughout the Post-Apocalyptic War and Dominion Civil War, and remains in operation to this day.
