The Nos Astra Spaceport was the primary spaceport serving Illium and the city of Nos Astra, located in the 733rd Muncipalis of Nos Astra. Originally built in 661 BCE, the spaceport was constructed to help in the initial expansion of the city, only opening for general civilian use in 645 BCE with the establishment of the Nos Astran Planetary Council. The spaceport was massively expanded from this period onwards to meet the fresh demand, and possessed facilities capable of docking ships ranging from freighters to transports, small warships to dropships, skycars to sky trucks. In 373 BCE, the NAPD built a precinct there, giving them greater range of responsibility and law enforcement over the spaceport. By 2183 CE, the spaceport handled traffic in excess of over 6,800 ships per year, boosting the local tourism industry by a large mile.

The spaceport was largely destroyed when the Reapers invaded the planet in 2186 CE, with the spaceport rebuilt and restored post-war by 2190 CE. In 2254 CE, the Disciples of Bellerophon seized direct control of the spaceport to stop people from leaving the planet or people getting in. When they surrendered after the Illium Blockade, the spaceport was opened again, and has remained in service ever since.
