"I'm not saying they're right. I'm saying I feel the same."
— Lilith to Kaidan Alenko, explaining the colony's concerns about the Alliance presence on Horizon.

Mayor Lilith Abraham was a human politician and colonist and the mayor of Colony Grandeur on Horizon. Born on Elysium in 2160 CE, Lilith was living in Valhalla when the planet was attacked by the batarians where she was 16 at the time. Finishing her law degree, Lilith left Elysium when she was 18 and moved to Horizon to escape the Alliance and distance herself from potential conflict zones, where she made a new home at Colony Grandeur. By 2180 CE, she was on a first name basis with almost everyone in the colony, being well liked, so much so that she ran for political office on the colony's council and won a seat on said council by unanimous vote: her popularity continued to soar as she looked out for the interests of the colony, ending with her candidacy for mayor in mid 2183 CE, which she won in a landslide, becoming mayor of the colony at just the age of 23. However, almost immediately after Lilith became mayor, the Alliance put its outreach initiative into action, deploying the 88th Expeditionary Company to Colony Grandeur under Staff Commander Kaidan Alenko to begin installation of a GARDIAN defense battery and training the newly formed Horizon Colonial Guard. The Alliance military presence was met with distrust and suspicion, with many outright irritated by the disruption to their daily lives and angered at what they perceived to be an occupation: Lilith served as a mediator for the colony's interests, striking a rapport with Kaidan Alenko, who was not unsympathetic to the colony's suspicions and closely worked with Lilith over the next couple years to make their presence as unobtrusive and smooth-running as possible. Lilith often proved to be a more objective arbiter for the situation, understanding the Alliance's presence but also looking out for her people, and repeatedly challenged Kaidan on numerous decisions on multiple occasions in an attempt to keep him honest. Despite this, over the next two years, the colony grew no more trusting of the Alliance, and installation of the GARDIAN had gone incredibly slow, leading some, even Lilith, to believe that the Alliance was using it as a pretext for another motive they weren't disclosing. Lilith grew less and less patient with the delays, pushing Kaidan to finish the GARDIAN installation and Guard training more and more as time went on.

By August 2185 CE, Lilith was assured the GARDIAN was nearing completion, but the Alliance techs had run into problems with the generator: growing fed up, Lilith confronted Kaidan and was arguing with him when the Collectors launched a surprise attack on the colony. Seeker swarms overwhelmed the colony in minutes, with Lilith one of the first victims as she was stung with their toxin, paralyzing her to await collection by Collector forces. Lilith was one of two thousand colonists successfully loaded onto the Collector ship before the intervention of Cerberus, who were able to force the Collectors to withdraw, forced to leave behind the rest of their prize. Lilith's pod was taken back to the Collector Base and offloaded, where she was kept in a semi-comatose state awaiting processing. Unfortunately, the Normandy Squad arrived too late to save Lilith and the Horizon colonists, as it was their turn to be processed just as they launched their assault on the Base, and Lilith was alive when she was broken down and melted into a grey liquid, pumped through tubes to be fed into the construction of the Reaper the Collectors were building.
