Hellion Clinic, formerly known as Bromferok Clinic, was a small healthcare facility on the Citadel's Shalta Ward located off Hellion Plaza, which was opened in 1243 CE at the same time as the plaza itself and run by a batarian doctor named Aghopo Bromferok. Being a small facility, the clinic was meant as an easy-to-access location for quick medical assistance and appointments to people within the region. The clinic was a much needed step closer to bringing up the medical standards of the wards, which had been the hardest hit economically by the Galactic Depression of the 800s-1000s that had occurred as a result of the Krogan Rebellions and Terminus Revolutions. By the time Hellion Plaza opened, the economy had begun to recover, largely thanks to the intervention of the volus, but the wards still needed reliable medical care, and so Bromferok's clinic provided that help on the Shalta Ward. The clinic boasted a high-level of care with its patients, and even long after Bromferok retired and was replaced, this reputation continued. By 2183 CE, the clinic was run by Dr. Chloe Michel, and with the exception of a shootout, the clinic continued to run smoothly throughout the plaza's economic troubles, and would remain open despite the damage sustained to it by the Battle of the Citadel in July of the same year.

After Doctor Michel left to accept a position as administrator of Huerta Memorial Hospital in late 2185 CE, the clinic was renovated with modern equipment. The clinic remained open until 2246 CE, when a large-scale reformation of the medical system on the Citadel led to it being shut down and replaced by a Telemedical Emergency Stand, which could provide assistance on demand for next to zero cost.
