The Citadel Embassies was a large structure on the Citadel's Presidium which houses all the embassies for every primary and secondary Citadel Council species. The structure was built following the drafting of the Asari-Salarian Pact, with the two races agreeing to have their embassies not based on each other's homeworlds, but together on the Citadel, which would become the capital of a new galactic community. The Citadel Embassies was originally a small facility, but grew in size with the addition of each new species, who would be steadily granted their own embassies over time. Embassies have come and gone as well: the krogan embassy was dissolved in 700 CE with the outbreak of the Krogan Rebellions, as was the quarian embassy after the First Morning War, the batarian embassy after the Skyllian Blitz (although by their own volition), and the human and quarian (again) embassies after their joint secession from the Council in 2200 CE. While the Terminus Systems were briefly considered for an embassy, the proposal was rejected after the Council-Terminus War.

The Citadel Embassies were heavily restructured after the Post-Apocalyptic War. The majority of embassies were closed down, with the human and quarian/geth embassies being reopened. An embassy for the Titan Covenant was considered, but also rejected, as the Covenant were declared persona non grata. The Citadel Embassies were destroyed with the rest of the Citadel in 2253 CE.
