The Cerberus Army Command (CERARMCOM) was an operational subcommand of the Cerberus Armed Forces under the Cronos High Command that was in direct command of all elements, personnel, resources, installations and equipment of the Cerberus Army with the exception of the special forces, who operated under the separate Cerberus Special Operations Command. Oversight of the operations and resources of the Cerberus Army were originally handled by the Cerberus Special Operations Command prior to the changing needs of the Army competing with its treatment as the special forces arm of Cerberus: eventually, in 2165 CE, the Illusive Man approved the request to establish the Army as a more traditional surface-based fighting force, while the special forces would become a more specialized unit, and it was here that Cerberus Army Command was born, taking over the original position filled by Cerberus Special Operations Command. Basing its command model off the Systems Alliance Army Command, Cerberus Army Command coordinated all land-based offensive and defensive operations orchestrated by the Cerberus Army. The senior commanding officer of the CERARMCOM by 2186 CE was General Émeric Micheaux, and was subsequently the last to hold this position.
During the Battle of Cronos Station, the surviving members of Cerberus Army Command largely remained to oversee the defense of the station from the UGC assault teams during Cerberus' last stand, but some were secretly evacuated prior to the UGC's arrival to Titan station, where they were intended to establish themselves and continue the war once the Reapers "inevitably" won the Battle of Sol, an outcome which did not eventuate, and the firing of the Crucible killed the remaining members of the Army, Special Forces and Naval commands sheltering on Titan, as they were all implanted.
