Autumn contingency
From FABT
The Autumn Contingency, known in official documents as AUTUMN CONTINGENCY, was a defense and evacuation plan for the Council that would be initiated in the event of an attack on the Citadel. The plan itself, summarized, details the evacuation and defense of the Council and the Citadel, including evacuation vectors and most defendable areas. The contingency was drafted thousands of years ago, but was only ever used during the Battle of the Citadel. After, the contingency was amended and made far more effective, as its execution during the battle almost led to the deaths of the Council. It was never used again, replaced by the Spring contingency.
