"This incursion could mean a full-scale geth invasion is brewing. Our job is to stop it, at any means necessary. If these geth are allowed to mobilize unmolested...the Alliance would never assemble quick enough to stop them from reaching Earth."
Shepard.

The Armstrong cluster campaign, known to the Alliance by its operational codename Operation Arrowhead, was a multi-phase campaign spearheaded by the SSV Normandy. The battle was fought between members of the Normandy crew and the large amount of geth heretic forces setting up fortifications in the cluster. Fought across numerous worlds from June 17 to July 4, 2183 CE, the battle was a strategic success for the Alliance, and landed a critical blow to geth operations in the area, ensuring that geth mobilization of that scale on the Alliance frontier would never occur again.
