"War is not a desirable outcome. I have seen the death it has caused, the suffering that comes with it. I may serve the Dominion, but if war is what my government wants, then it is not treason to fight them."
— Aristotle.

Minister Aristotle (model number: YI444), legally recognized as Aristotle pav Rannoch, is a Trooper-class geth statesman and diplomat that served as the Minister of Foreign Affairs for the Republic of Rannoch from 2206 CE to 2264 CE, was a former member of the Geth Heretics, and currently serves on the Senate of Rannoch. Built and activated in 2035 CE at the Far'leh Manufacturing Plant on Rannoch and assigned the model number of YI444, Aristotle would serve in the Geth Army as a hybrid of combat infantry and as an engineer, delegated to repair larger combat platforms such as the armature and colossus, while also serving in a combat role. Aristotle would ultimately spend most of its time along the furthest borders of geth space in the Hades Lair cluster until 2155 CE during the Geth Schism, where it and millions of other geth platforms to chose to join the Reaper Sovereign in a campaign to help it resume the cycles, becoming known as the Geth Heretics. Aristotle would remain aboard Haratar Station from 2155 CE to 2185 CE and served in an engineer capacity, meaning it would ultimately survive the Eden Prime War. It was present during the Raid on Haratar Station, although it was recharging during the fighting and therefore didn't participate in the raid, and was helpless as the heretics' own virus, designed for converting the orthodox geth into heretics, was used against them and converted the heretics back into orthodox geth. Following the deployment of this virus, Aristotle would return with the reconverted heretics back to geth space, where it would resume its posting as a combat infantry/engineer unit in the Geth Army, albeit this time assigned to Rannoch. Aristotle would join hundreds of other units in being assigned to the geth's "super-consensus" megastructure project: a project to build a massive megastructure on Rannoch's surface that would house the collective consciousness of the entire geth consensus, exponentially expanding and maximizing their collective processing capacity and allowing them to achieve near-total sentient status. Aristotle would be one of millions of geth assigned to the project in late 2185 CE, with the structure having been under construction for 62 years at that point. When the Second Morning War broke out and the geth were pushed back to the Tikkun system, and shortly after an orbital bombardment from the Migrant Fleet destroyed the geth megastructure, Aristotle joined the rest of the geth in accepting the Reaper offer to be upgraded with Reaper code at the cost of being controlled by the Reapers. Following the end of the war and peace with the quarians, having now fully actualized as an individual being, Aristotle would choose to name himself after a classical Greek philosopher and polymath of human historical antiquity, following a naming convention that would become commonplace amongst all geth following the war. Aristotle would remain behind on Rannoch to help the quarian civilian population settle across the planet, and would be appointed by the geth as a political representative on a provisional government, serving as the geth's liaison to Admiral Shala'Raan.

Following the Reaper War and the formation of the Republic of Rannoch, Aristotle would be appointed as one of many geth representatives on the then-nascent Senate of the Republic, and in 2195 CE he would leave the senate to become a diplomat, initially tasked by the Republic as a government representative with the Systems Coalition, but later as one of many Dominion representatives to the New Council, serving for a brief time in the short-lived Dominion embassy on the Citadel prior to the New Hellespont Crisis, when fears of war led to the Dominion shutting down their embassy and ordering their diplomatic personnel to leave New Council space immediately. In 2206 CE, after the outbreak of the Post-Apocalyptic War, Aristotle was made Minister of Foreign Affairs for the quarian government, taking charge of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. In 2252 CE, Aristotle would leave for Alpha to join Dominion ambassador Rini'Ralin and the Minister of Agriculture Pythagoras in meeting with the prime minister of the Sanctum, Sata T'Loak, in an attempt to strengthen Dominion-Sanctum relations. Aristotle would be the only one who would suffer no injuries during the subsequent Palace of Eden bombings, in which he was quickly rushed back to the local Dominion embassy alongside Pythagoras to protect him, and a few days later he would return to Rannoch until the aftermath of the bombings blew over. Aristotle would temporarily step down from his position in the early days of the Dominion Civil War in protest of the recent revelation of Prometheus' involvement in the assassination of Tali'Shepard, at which point he would spend a great deal of time campaigning to recruit followers to join the Rannochian Separatist Front, making him a target for assassination by Prometheus once they successfully identified his involvement: despite this Aristotle would survive every attempt on his life, eventually going offworld to take a more active role in the war effort. After the civil war and the Dominion's collapse, Aristotle would return to Rannoch and resume his role as Minister of Foreign Affairs, although he finally resigned from the position 11 years later and has now returned to normal senatorial duties as a Minister of the Senate.
