The Agent light combat armor was a ceramic-based protective light combat armor manufactured by Aldrin Labs. Manufactured and entering service in 2162 CE, the Agent armor was designed for use by law enforcement organizations, typically outfitted with enforcement officers and tactical units. Two types of the Agent armor were designed, one for humans/asari and the other for turians, with the latter being designed under contract for C-Sec to be used by their agents. Being light armor, it had low damage protection and was outfitted with somewhat weak kinetic barriers, but was extremely flexible and lightweight. The Agent armor would be phased out by 2184 CE, replaced by the Agent II light combat armor in C-Sec and in most law enforcement organizations across the galaxy.
